RIP baby #2

Well after 8 weeks of struggle, my second Viper gecko hatchling was overcome by an excess of shed that just wasn't comming off. I tried weekly to soak it and pull with tweezers, but it just did not want to come off. The shed was stuck on since it hatched, and then every time it tried to shed again it got stuck even more. The last week was really hard on it as it could not move it's hands or back legs.

I was calling it Zoro because the shed was not comming off it's head and it looked like a Zoro mask.

Rest in peace little guy.

Everyone else I'm happy to say is doing great. Had 2 more hatch over the weekend, and another 2 eggs found last week. So in total, 14 eggs so far(I've split the pair to hopefully stop stress on female) 10 hatched, 4 still in incubator. First 2 hatchlings have now passed on. Other 8 are very healthy
