Questions
On Saturday we went to a shop that sells fish and reptiles. There was an enclosure that had, what I'm assuming to be, 3 young tiger pythons. Two albinos and 1 "normal". I'm also assuming they are rescues. I say this because there was no price or ident tag on the enclosure. I also think this because of the condition one of the albinos was in. I don't have much expierence with snakes. I have one corn, but it was totally clean and healthy when we bought it so I don't know about parsites or mites or ticks or anything like that. But this albino had patches of scales that were smaller than those around it. Are those patches scars or burns? It also had these brown-red spots under the scales/skin. You could see through the scales to see these spots. What are they? The normal one was laying in the water and the other albino was at the back of the encosure so I couldn't see their condition. I was horrified. It just didn't look good. From what I've written is it possible for you guys to tell me what was wrong with it? Like I said I've never seen anything like this. Thanks.
