Crested gecko adult size
I realize that cresties reach a fairly impressive size but I was wondering, just how big are they at a certain age?
I have a 1 year old female crestie who 14"... aren't they supposed to be bigger at this age and if so, how big should they be?
I am beginning to think that she has stunted growth or something...
Thanks!!

What kind of growth hormones are you feeding that mutant??!!
Do you mean cm instead of inches?
Are you keeping a leachianus and not a crestie?
Or are you just pulling our collective legs?

14 cm isn't too bad for a yearling female. She may be a little on the small side, but size is being overlooked for appearance with a lot of breeders these days. I have a female that isn't much bigger than that and she's doing fine.
...I just measured her and she's 17 cm at 2 years old.

My crested is 1 year and 8 months old and is 7.5-8 inches! he's a biggy and a piggy! Is that insane or just pretty quick growth?

Mine is about 8 or 9 months old and he is 7 1/2" from head to tail. It seems like it took him a long time to start growing quickly but in the last couple months he has been eating and growing like a savage.

Hmmm, pretty cool! Maybe i will go measure mine, he might have grown a bit lately, besides, my dad was just guessing his length because when he spreads his pinkie and thumb he gets a certain length, but im going to take a ruler!
