Shedding in corns

I know this is a very juvenile question but this is my first corn experience. The baby boy shed the day I got him but looked the same after shed as he did before. All I have experience with is a bp and it's blatant when they start a cycle. What are the signs on the tiny corns? Thanks everyone and sorry again for my inexperience.

When the cycle starts (as visible to us), you might notice the snake's colors will be a bit darker and less "colorful" than normal. About two days later the eyes will cloud over and your snake will be what's called "blue". After being blue for 2 or 3 days the snake will clear up again and then shed. The whole process can take anywhere from 5 - 9 days depending on the age of your snake and how soon you notice the snake's cycle starting.

It can be a bit difficult to notice in certain morphs though.

Can be very hard to notice on the smaller babies - especially amels and snows - and most of my hatchlings eat well even when they are completely blue. Yours would have already entered the 'cleared' stage when you got him if he shed a day later, and I find they really don't look that much different a day or so before shedding compared with after the shed, because the cloudyness disappears from their eyes and skin. The amels and snows get easier to see the shed phase as they get to be 5-6 months old.

Thanks Tim and Mary. They aren't too terribly far from 5 months. They are 4 months right now. They were a little hard to get started on food from what the breeder tells me but they are eating strong for me so far. They are both reverse oketee's but right now they look like amel's so I'll just have to study them closely as I always do. Thanks again.
