HELP, I lost my boa

DAMN!!! this morning all I found was shed skin, but my small (2') hog island boa was gone. I did not lock the lid and she must have been able to push it up and get out. I have looked up, down and under but with no luck. I am going to put some mice in a cage to try and attract her, but otherwise I don't know what else to do. How far could she have traveled from my room? Please any help or suggestions

She never likes to stay on the ground in the cage. Will she act the same out of the cage and seek an elevated place to rest, or would she be in a tight dark corner?

Ive heard putting a heat pad on the floor with a mouse on it..just make sure the snake can go on the heat pad without getting burnt but just so its warm..and if you see the mouse gone you know its their..just check on it once in a while and you might catch the snake eating.

Their was this trap thing wiht a coke bottle and a spout or something..cant think of where i saw the pic now but someone might know what im talking about..?

whoo whoo, I found her! Humm, I feel dumb. For the first time ever she burrowed under the substrate. I felt around earlier, but not very good because I assumed she would not be there. I can relax now. Ahhh. Well at least my room is clean.

Never thought of motivating myself to clean my room like that before...
