on monday i gave my snake 2 mice i waz wondering how long should i wait till i feed him again?

Well, that all depends on how big your snake is, what kind of snake it is, how warm it's hot side is and how big of a lump the meal left...

at LEAST 48 hours. If there's still a lump there after that, wait at least another day.

It would help to know what kind of snake? how old? Was this a large meal or normal meal for this snake? Average would be about 5 to 7 days.

well it's a columbian red-tailed boa and he/she is about 26'' and his belly is already going back to it's normal size

Well, if the lump is gone already then you could go a head and feed your snake Friday or Saturday night. If two mice isn't cutting it, try to switch him/her to rats so you have give your boa a meal that will make a dent.

A 26 inch boa that eats 2 mice (an appropriately sized meal in my opinion), shouldn't need to feed again for about 10 days in my opinion. 2 mice is a pretty big meal for a snake just over 2 feet.
