Found this female for my male finally after a few months of searching. This species has been a real challenge to find for me. Picture came out fairly clear so I thought I would share.
very nice colors. If im not mistakin, for some odd reason, thats a leopard gecko right? its weird you have a hard time finding them because there bred almost everywhere you look. Good luck with the little dude!
I believe that is Coleonyx brevis (Texas Banded Gecko) and I believe, assuming it is wild-caught, this is what was meant by "real challenge to find."
Cheers,
RMB
Looks like a coleonyx , maybe a Switaki ?
Forgive spelling. Did you find her locally? Whatever species she is a prize.
Best of luck with the happy couple

Yes its Coleonyx Brevis(texas banded gecko)! Supposedely fairly common but they are very challenging to find. Hopefully produce some captive bred from my pair.
