Hmm not sure. Although we do have quite some time before breeding season hits, so she may grow quite a bit. Right now she is exactly 36 inches. I am not one to rush it so I am still deciding if I will breed her or wait an extra year.
Anyways some photos from today....she of course has one piece of shed stuck on her the day I want to take photos. LOL
Hmmm.... You've still got two and a half to three months before brumation and more than one month after brumation. If she's eating well and is healthy, I'd give her a go. But you know her best.
Yeah that's what I was thinking. Quite a bit of growing time left before brumation and the time after too. She should be large enough....moving her to rats soon so that should also help with some growth spurt.
What a beautiful Anery! I'm not exactly an experienced breeder, but my personal choice for how I plan to breed corns in the future is to wait until the female is 4 feet or 5 years - whichever comes first. From what I've read / gathered, 3 feet may be too small still. How old is this particular girl?
