I think this has been posted before but...

Where does one go about getting dry ice? I have a litter of 14 rats waiting in the wings and I'd feel terrible just throwing them in the freezer...

They're, like, 8 days old...just getting the fuzz...wouldn't their heads pop open if I smacked them against something?

take your fingers and squish there brain - very easy ... and effecient .

They die instantly, it's cheap, and quick!

Although not the nicest thing to do...

You can get it at some grocery stores and meat packers, you have to ask for it at the meat or fish department usually. I have not beenable to find it anywhere around where I live. I just put thme in a pillowcase and give em a hardy smack off the cement wall in the coldroom.

you can always put them in a ziplock and take your frustrations out by whacking them against anything hard.. VERY good stress relief and kinda fun..

my 4 yr old and I just whacked a litter of 20 last week and this week there's about 7 more ready to go.

Another thing would be to use the baking soda and vinegar option to make CO2.. it's kinda messy though..

Hey Grant .. how come every time someone talks about killing mice you're the first one in there with "whack them on the head" do you need anger management ??
