Unhappy nicky has lots of scratchs on his belly from climbing...

Nicky my cornsnke has lots of scratchs on her belly , i think its because she likes to climb and she goes up on this really thin ledge dats only like 1cm thick which is attached to the cage and trys to sit on it and then falls and gets cuts on her belly and starts all over again. i gave her branches and stuff to climb but she ignores it all and goes for the ledge shes about -5 sm thick and the ledge is to thin i don;t know what to do why would she keep doing it if its hurting her? theres been no blood or anything but she keep scratching off bits of her scales i don;t know what to do??

make the ledge bigger i just used some "no nails" to stick a ledge in one of my vivs, its about 7cm thick and solid. not sure about glass though, but " no nails sticks to almost any thing, they say half of london was built by it. This stuff could stick diohrea to the wall

also if you want to treat his scratches, then buy some povidone-iodine to rub on his wounds, as snakes somtimes dont heal very well
