Most sand boas don't have pre lay sheds, this is no direct indicator of approaching birth.
While Kenyans can sometimes be born at odd times of the year, it's still a bit early for most Kenyan births, the majority of which occur from August into November.
Your's is probably still just gestating.
One sign is their tendancy to stay on the hot spot.
Erycines like most Boids, will favor a hot spot in the 90 to 95F range. They tend to stay put on that spot for most of the 3-4 month gestation period.
When they move off the heat and start motoring around, that usually indicates birth is only a couple days away.
Many Kenyans will accept food during gestation.
