substrate

im new to the herps and i was wondering if someone could give me some information about my gecko. i have a golden gecko and i need to know what kind of substrate some people are using or recommend using for them.

i also have a african fat tailed gecko and i need to the the substrate for him to. thx all information would be greatly appreciated.

I use coco fiber for my AFT but newspaper or paper towels will also work. For the golden gecko, coco fiber,reptibark,jungle mix,paper towels,newspaper,or reptile carpet.
