I have my ball in a 40 gal breeder (she is a little over 3 ft), and am planning to move her to a 75 gal tank within the month. And hopefully that is her last tank. Do you guys think that, that size of a tank is to big?
No size is "too big". Snakes are not born into 2x1 boxes in the wild. However they can be too open. The larger the tank, the more decorations and hiding spots you will need. It needs to be heavily planted so your ball can feel like he's in a tight spot whenever wherever
Yes, she loves to climb. I also plan on getting atleast 1 more hide, 1 more climbing branch, some more fake plants, another UTH and one more water bowl.
