Thanx! We are going to do the same idea with a 20 long to house a male and female veil with a partition in the middle that can be removed for breeding action. The tank will have to be larger to accommodate a sandy bin of some type for egg laying. The running water system seems to be just the ticket in keeping these veiled chameleons though.

a 20 Long would be way way too small for a veild let alone a breeding pair. I would think you would want to be in the neighbourhood of 2' X 2' X 4'

Well we would be using the 20 long just for the base, to hold the running water. The extension would make it like a 50 tall. We are just in the experimental stage with different bottoms. I would never put the veils in the cage until I was sure the measurement were perfect for them. They are my babies too you know. =)

Hey Tribal, Really cool setup.. you put alot of work into that!
Iam not going to pick apart your husbandry, but I am going to offer you some advice!! as a fellow frilled keeper, (currently 2.2) I would really monitor your little guy and his eating. With that much furniture you will find lots of crickets hiding, and the little frilled sitting there. They tend to be lazy eaters, they dont really look for the food, they are more or less ambush predators.
Just really watch and make sure the little guy is grabbing his food! other than that, iam sure he'l love the enclosure. Good luck

Haha just kidding. Probably build a indoor enclosure in a spare room. I would really like to have a habitat outdoor in Fl, we may have be able to do that.
V.hb- That little frilly eats out of my hand most of the time. I bet eventually he won't frill at all he will be so tame.
