a vet can give it a shot to re-induce labor, it may be possible to massage the eggs down (VERY gently), and aspiration is a third resort.

There are several posts in this forum and in the breeding and incubation one over the last month or so dealing with egg-bound females and one of those might give you some further ideas.

as rev said,
if you take her to the vet, they can give her a shot of oxytocin to start contractions to get the last couple out.....if that doesnt work, the vet may suggest aspiration.....either way, i would get her to a vet asap
