Help identifying petstore lizard species

I was at pj's and saw this, its more of a curosity for me but it was labelled "Skinks" but no one there knew more than that. It was about 6"long, bright green with yellow, tan spots on its back, head and tail with the basic lizard shape, small scales, and well developed legs.

Its pretty basic but if I see I pic I will recognize it.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Without a pic I don't think it's gonna be easy to figure it out, but I'll flip through some books and see if I can find it!
Was it on the ground or on the glass/walls of the cage?

It was kept on repti bark, not that that says alot, and climbing over a fake log when I saw it. I didn't get a good look at the face cause it was facing away from me though :P

lol, I sorta hoped their were only a few species of bright light green and yellow spotted skinks :P

These guys were at eglington, but they get their kritters through Yorkdale so it could be the same type.
