Strange Attitude

I've had my Blood (Kilo) for about a year now and she's never shown any aggression. She's just a little over a year old and just over three foot. She eats great and seems to be in great health. I had to leave home for a little over a month and while I've been away my wife has been taking care of her, which isn't unusual. She never had any problems until the other day when Kilo started acting really strange. I guess when my wife had her outside Kilo started moving quickly for no reason so my wife picked her up and put her in her cage. My wife was looking at her through the glass when out of nowhere Kilo struck at her face hitting the glass. This is the first time since I've had Kilo that she has ever shown any agression. My wife hasn't taken her out since and I won't be home about two more weeks. Do you think she might start acting like this more often? Have you ever heard of this happening? I'm don't think it's really something to worry about but what do you think? My experience with snakes if fairly limited so any help would be great. Thanks.
