Hey, folks...what colour are the bellies of your hypomelanistic Brooks?
I only just noticed that the underside of my female has turned pinkish-orange. Either I somehow haven't noticed it up until now, or it's turned that way fairly recently. Strange.
Okay, here's a pic...
Her entire belly has changed colour all the way down to the underneath of her tail. She is even showing pink-orange under her throat area.
This is a change in colour, not a skin infection or the onset of ecdysis.
I was quite surprised by it.
How old is it? maybe they go through some sort of an ontogenetic colour change? I have never kept hypo brooks before but have kept floridna and there colours tend to change a bit! If you find out let whats up let me know?
