The biggest risk in feeding reptiles to a reptile means that any parasites the prey item is carrying are more likely to live well inside your snake and form a colony. Snakes fed on lizards need more frequent fecal exams than snakes fed on rodents to make sure they aren't parasite-riddled.
No more so than a rodent biting and scratching, as always frozen/thawed is safest, and if the snake won't take that try stunning. A rat bite is probably worse than most of the lizards cheap enough to use as feeders could do.
