No improvement

My little IJ is showing no improvement. If anything, the scale rot is getting worse. Is this one of those "it'll get better before it gets worse" deals? Or am I doing something wrong?

She is currently on paper towel bedding (frequently being replaced) and being soaked daily (save saturday, I was away) in betadine and water, and I am applying polysporin to the affected areas...

Pretty much at a loss

As Dom said, the improvement will show after the shed. Don't stress out too much. You will see it get worse as the old skin dies, but new skin is growing right underneath.
