I can't give you a solid answer on that one..

He's a fun little guy to play with. A little skittish when first picked up but then calms down real fast. Not like my Pueblan.

I'm pretty certain that it's a Sonoran Gopher Snake (Pituophis catenifer affinis).
I'm comparing your pic to some old photographs of some of my hatchlings.
Nice snake, by the way.

I think all Pituophis are highly under rated in the hobby! I keep kicking myself for not buying a gopher but I thought it was WC. That's a great looking snake.
