please help

Hi. Please help. I can not seem to figure out how to post a picture. I have finally admitted to myself that I need help, or to give up. I really want to share these pictures (I had to borrow a camera to take them) and here I sit like a monkey pondering a math problem. There is no hope I will figure this out on my own. Please, someone give me step by step directions.
