Savannah monitor soil question, please help

Just finished building an enclosure for a Savannah i'm about to get, I was going to do a soil and decomposed granite mix. I'm having a hard time finding a top soil with no manure at stores. but I did come by this one as was wondering if it would work and be safe

Hi, you should be able to buy chemical free topsoil quite cheaply (then add some playsand).
Can you show a few photos of the enclosure as it is just now?

so far I have used this for my ackie, but unsure if it really is that good lol.
