Help!!

My corn snake has had the same temp & humidity since I got him/her. She recently started to show signs of shed ( grey skin ) so I thought maybe it was just a shedding issue until around a couple weeks ago she had peices of skin lying around her tank like she was shedding & also had some skin stuck to her head. Its been a couple weeks now & her scales on her belly almost look like they are cracking?!!?? The skin on her head is still there & looks dry and nasty please help.
