Feeding frequency MBK

Hey all, I'm getting a pair of Mexican black kings in the coming weeks. What would be a recommended feeding schedule for hatchlings? Would every 4-5 days be fine? Or is this too often. Thanks for the help

I'd go 7 days personally. 5 though, for the first few months, I don't think would be an issue. I wouldn't feed as frequently as every 4 days.

every 5 days for year 1... 1 pinkie until it reaches about 10-12 gram, then 2 pinkies. After that it can likely go to small fuzzies.

Depending on provided heat and the individual snake, you can go to a 5-7 day schedule for year 2 and 7-10 day schedule for year 3.

Every 5 days is fine for hatchlings.

All my rodent-eaters get 7+ days, even my garter hatchlings start out on 7 days, and I'm sure they have a higher metabolism than a kingsnake. Or at least a similar one to a hatchling.
