Bear in mind afrocks are generally smaller than Retics and lighter built than anacondas so the same comments about keeping them could apply to those snakes as well.
A wild retic will be every bit as unpredictable, a captive anaconda possibly even more dangerous.
Yes captive afrocks can be moody sods but it terms of danger to keeper then I'd put them pretty much level with a retic. Can't let your guard down with either.
Even my incoming amethystina needs to be treated and approached with the utmost care and respect.
