boa pics wont upload

sorry don't know where to post this

I've been trying to upload some new pics using the paper clip like I have always done on the new post thread and it keeps coming with error messages saying cant upload the file as it exceeds 24.4kb which is tiny

this is the only way I have ever uploaded pics and always works
please advise

I usually upload my pics to an outside source (Flikr, Photobucket, Tumblr, etc.), and paste it into the message box. A lot more reliable that way, and easier for others to view.

If you're insistent on attaching them, just resize the photos on your computer until it's small enough to be attached.

Also, attaching photos uploads it to the site. Maybe there's a limit to what you can have stored? Idk.

I too had issues that I've never had before with uploading photos since the last "shedding" process when the forum was updated.
