How long should I wait to feed?

So you may or may not have seen where I was freaking out because my humidity suddenly dropped and so I went bought a sterelite tub and set that up for my ball python.

Well I was just wondering when I should wait to feed him? He's moving up a feeder size next time and I am worried he's too freaked out and will regurgitate.

Re: How long should I wait to feed?

I'd give him a week. Some snakes take new enclosures well, some don't. I usually treat enclosure changes like bringing a new snake home (minus quarantine if they're out of quarantine).

Chances are he'll be more likely to refuse than regurge, but if you give him some time to settle in he should be fine.

Re: How long should I wait to feed?

Thanks. I'm especially making sure because he's moving up a food size this feeding I realized I've been to weird about giving him rat pups when he was still tracking after I fed him last time x3
