Yes, BOI is on most classified forums and is a place to rate a breeder/seller. This is where warnings and shout outs go. This helps other potential buyers k ow who they are dealing with, and helps the sellers/breeders because word of mouth is the best way to prove their personal worth.

A boi post can make or break a breeder/seller, and sometimes a buyer too.
