Hi, I'm wondering if anyone is able to help me with a ball python set up. PLEASE GO IN DETAIL. I've looked at a lot of videos and they haven't helped so I'm not even sure how to set up my tank and I want it to be set up well. I'm going to be housing the snake in a 30-40 gallon aquarium or a tub. Thanks!

Here's question, go in to DETAIL of what you already know and we'll give you pointers from there.
1: Put in heating/lighting
2: Put in substrate
3: Put in bowl/hide/decor
4: Put in snake
5: Put on smile
I don't think you need to imitate someone else's setup, as all have different preferences and tank sizes etc. As long as you follow the husbandry requirements online and do lots of research, your fine.
You're going to get lots of suggestions. You'll need a heat source, thermostat, lighting if you'd like, a temp gradient. At least a hide on each side of the tank. Put in "foliage" and other sources of cover/climbing.They dont climb much but mine will do it a bit sometimes.
I also suggest not using a glass tank if you have problems with maintaining humidity and temperature.
Google your specific needs, ideas, etc. Most people will have already done it and you can often see pictures. Google images is great for setup ideas. Look up a care sheet. Blah blah blah.
