Young Retic Learns New Trick
I swear, my lavender tiger retic is so smart. Tonight she showed me something new she learned. When I came home just about 30 minutes ago I found her happily cruising around the living room.
Yes, she escaped her tub. I think she's been thinking about it for weeks. She muscled her way out. I was gone for three hours so that's the longest interval she could have been out solo. This is the first time this has happened. She does not appear injured or have gotten into anything dangerous. All doors and windows were locked so she couldn't escape outside. She's a very tame snake so she didn't mind me fishing her out from underneath my wine cabinet and escorting her back to her tub. I have a temporary fix to keep her from her wanderlust in the meantime.
Anyway, guess who's getting a new cage? Recommendations?
