One Year Later
Was waiting for my boy to get out of a shed to post this so its a couple days late, but today he shed so I took him outside for some comparison pics. The first set of pics is the day I got him, and the second set of pics were taken today, and its the same stick in these pictures. When he arrived on June 12th last year he was approx. 26 grams and was about 16" long. Well today he measures in at 285 grams and is approx. 32" long. Once my female hits a year with me I'll be adding her comparison pics here as well. Hope you guys enjoy, and thanks for looking!

Re: One Year Later
Nice to see the growth -- well done for recordkeeping, I wish more keepers were as detailed!

Thank you! I agree with you on that, I write down every feed, shed, and every time I weigh them, and occasionally I take measurements as well. I like to see how much they've grown over time, the results end up being so surprising.

Re: One Year Later
I've always been partial to Brazilians, but the Columbians are really growing on me! Yours is sooo gorgeous! It's fun to watch that color change as they mature

Re: One Year Later
Got stuck waiting a few days for a shed again, but as of the 23rd my girl has been with me for a year, so I decided to add her comparison pics here. The old pics are crappy cell phone pics, sorry about that.

8-01-13, weighed approx. 25g upon arrival.
7-27-14, 230g, same container as first pic.
Thanks for looking, hope you enjoy

Re: One Year Later
Thanks!! She's definitely a bit smaller than my male-but I don't mind I think she's just a slow grower.
