Re: Nelson Milk
What a beautiful snake! Even though I have all morphs, I still love the colors of a standard milk snake. How large do the Nelson milk snakes get?

Re: Nelson Milk
3 to 4 feet, but generally shy of 4. Sinaloans get a little larger. I would put them in the range of the Pueblan as far as adult size goes.

Re: Nelson Milk
Nice. Keep putting pinkies in that sucker and it won't stay tiny for long.

Re: Nelson Milk
Thanks! He is eating larger pinks - that's all I have. Hope to have him on fuzzies after his first shed with me.

Re: Nelson Milk
He's a little flighty now, but should calm down soon. I had one years ago, and he was my most docile snake.

Re: Nelson Milk
Believe it or not, I don't name my snakes. They are just "My Black Milk", "My Florida King", "My Okeetee", and so on...

LOL. I remember a thread about people naming, or not naming, their snakes. Best wishes with the new Lampropeltis triangulum nelsoni
