to feed or not to feed?
I fed all 3 of the snakes tonight. They had a small meal five days ago. They usually eat every 5-7 days. I'm trying to finish off some under sized feeders so they each got 2 small mice and a small hopper each. Each serving was roughly 15% of the snake's body weight. The two kings seemed content and went to their warm hides about 15-20 minutes after they ate. The bull snake is still out foraging for food more than an hour later. Do I give her another small mouse or just wait until the next feeding? I've heard pits may need to be fed a little more than other colubrids. Any thoughts?
