Finally....
On day 37 after prelay she finally laid her eggs. Woke up this morning at six something, and like anyone as impatient as me would, imediatley went to check for eggs; the pile looked huge. Some my GF up so we could get the eggs, and as usual she was pretty relaxed about me taking her eggs. 8 BIG fertile eggs and no slugs. Her last clutch was 9 fertile and 1 slug(but much smaller), so I was supprised to see so few so big. In not sure if twin eggs look larger but I've got one egg that looks like it could have 2 in it. Estimated hatch date is August 18th.
I don't know if you can tell from pics but:
Same size tub, and light diffuser
here's her last clutch

Re: Finally....
Oh, oops. Nearly 14 year old ball python to a pewter and a pastave. Dont really make any money and the babies are probably going to be harder to trade/sell with the state of the ball python market; but breeding is so awesome.
Jamps arnt gonna be breeding til next year. I decided I'm definitely getting a male for my childrens python. Kalatoas still have a couple years, as does my carpet. I'm getting atleast 2 more projects this year, just have to wait and see what.

Re: Finally....
Congrats, I hope for a 100% hatch rate.
Here in South Africa, our BP Breeding Season has just started. I have seen 2 successful locks between my Pastel Male and Wild Type Female, this past week.
