Leopard Gecko Morph ID

Hello all.

I picked up a few leopard geckos last year from someone who didn't seem to know what they were doing with them and up until now hadn't considered that they might not just be standard morph leos. They seem to have thrived since they were put in a proper setup and now they've started to lay eggs (one hatched out last year, two just layed a week ago!) so I was wondering what I had here in case I decide to breed any of the offspring down the line.

I know nothing about gecko coloration, so they might not be anything special and the internet seems to obsessed with ball python morphs to set up a list of leo mophs, so I turn to you guys to help me out.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Leopard Gecko Morph ID

I want to give it a go! But don't take my word for it, i never kept any myself

1st one Chocolate.
2nd one Blizzard.
3rd Hypo
4th (Super?) Hypo with perhaps a carrot tail.

If any of them have any discoloration in their eyes that could be another morph.
If i am wrong correct me, this is as far as my knowledge goes

Re: Leopard Gecko Morph ID

Tsubaki, I appreciate the input. I thought the second, third, and fourth might be a blizzard, hypo, and super, respectively, but again I had absolutely no comparison to confirm my suspicions.

I've never noticed any discoloration in their eyes. What exactly would qualify as discoloration? Are we talking flecks of color?

I'd agree.

For example, big black blotches or completely black eyes.
Google: Leopard gecko Eclipse / Snake eye

Re: Leopard Gecko Morph ID

drum crush, thanks for the second opinion.

Tsubaki, I'm still not certain on the eyes. I'll check when I get home later tonight and maybe try to get some close ups of their eyes if I see anything of merit. I honestly don't remember seeing anything like what the google search shows though.

Tang is a Tangerine and looks like the 2nd last one.

Re: Leopard Gecko Morph ID

Thanks for all the input here. It looks like the consensus is

1. Chocolate
2. Blizzard
3. Hypo Tangerine
4. (Super) hypo (pos. carrot tail)

Please let me know if you disagree.

I'm skeptical about the third one. Does the tint of the orange in the leo affect whether or not its a tangerine? The one posted by Terranaut seems much darker.
