Paper Substrate

Has anyone used this substrate from Vitakraft called Eco Bedding?
I bought some to try with Precious. Any thoughts on it good or bad, problems you've had with it?

Re: Paper Substrate

I would worry about humidity issues.

Re: Paper Substrate

Humidity needs to stay below 40%. With the paper I thought that I may be able to see when it's too wet around the water bowl. I was using Reptibark and that was terrible, even removing the wet bark twice per day the humidity was still above 50%. It was a little easier keeping the humidity down with aspen shavings but he really didn't seem to like burrowing in it as much. He is burrowing in the paper.
