new Bearded dragons.

I Just picked up this pair of hypo translucent leatherback bearded dragons from Blood Bank Dragons in the states, and when opening the box I found a freebee! not sure what it is, I presume its a normal, looks female as well, until I get a response from them I wont know for sure, but it does not get better than that! great guys to buy from very friendly and helpful during my purchase, and figuring out what's needed to import them to Canada, cost me $30 to ship to the line, we crossed over picked them up from the closest fedex and declared them on the way back, paid $90 for customs, very fast and easy and way cheaper than if I got them here in Canada and imho, half the quality of these little beauties. I originally tried to buy some from A&A dragons, had some pretty nice one a little while ago, didn't have solid black eye and as translucent skin as this line but nicest I seen in Canada, but after 1 response to my email which didn't even tell me the prices and shipping as I asked, they could not be bothered to reply to my other emails trying to buy them, but now im happy they didn't want to sell there dragons to me, because I would not have found bloodbank and gotten these guys! thanks, my dad had some beardies when I was a kid and I really liked them, hated when he sold them, and the free beardy sure is a good way to discard of the large amount of normal they have lol im lucky I got a colony of roaches and a 4'x4'3' cage they are in so size is not a problem either, but I could see it not being such a good thing other wise :P it is a really nice looking freebee so im happy to receive it.

Nice dragons! But by the way you worded it it sounds like they are being housed together which I highly recommend not doing. They will be fine until one day and something will happen. About a year ago I told someone that and got told off and a few months ago I got a message saying sorry and that I was right and that one of the 2 females was in critical condition. So I highly recommend getting them each their own cages. Anyway those are some very nice dragons! You will be very happy with dragons!

I just had that some conversation with a coworker. I also recommend separate enclosures, though 4x4x3 seems huge for baby beardies so they might be okay until they're a bit bigger.

Hi, I think it`s actually a good idea for the time being while together to keep them in a relatively "large" enclosure until separate tanks can be arranged, and besides, have you any idea how big the wild is they hatch in (it`s more than 4 x 4 x 3 feet)!?

I meant huge in a good way. I've seen a lot of people try to house multiple herps in a tiny 10gal aquarium! May even luck out and have a civil trio that gets along indefinitely.

I dont think that you will have any dead ones or anything for a little while until they are bigger. You could possibly have nipped toes/tails but I think it will be ok till you can get them all their own enclosures because that is a pretty big enclosure for 3 babies.
