Stress Causing Delayed Shed?
So after moving Adelina (my little sensative hognose girl) to her new spot in the bedroom in an effort to destress her, as well as changing her hides into flat cork bark hides, it seems after my mini vacation last week I go to feed her. After putting her in her tub and clean out her tank I find on the underside of her water dish (I use a somewhat heavy dish) a perfect skin shed stuck to it.
My question is pretty simple...could stress keep a snake from shedding? Seems that placing her in the new "quiet" spot in the house she shed soon after.
