Having (two) problems with a pair of females

I'm starting to have problems with a pair of female Leos I picked up in January. These were rescues that I picked up from someone that started getting their health back on track from a previously negligent owner.

The first issue I don't think is really a problem but I thought I'd mention it anyways. One of the females doesn't really eat half the time. She eats at every second or third feeding but most of the time she just ignores her food. Her tail is still plenty fat and she's still mildly active at night so I'm not too worried, but I'm not sure if there's something I should look into.

The other female is acting pretty strange. She always acts hungry between feedings (opening her mouth whenever i get close) but when time comes to actually feed her, she doesn't chase after crickets much. She'll start eating half way into the feeding but most of the time I have to hand feed her. She used to be quite the pig (eating up to two dozen small crickets per feeding) but now she barely eats half a dozen and still acts semi-hungry between feedings. Her stomach has gotten pretty fat and her tail girth has decreased noticeably in the last week. She always had a slim tail since I got her but it's decreased a lot lately. I've also noticed runny (not completely solid) feces and urites yesterday.

I was thinking it could be a parasite so I threw out the old batch of crickets I had and replaced it with a fresh one, disinfected the tank and cleaned up the substrate; redecorated the tank with a simpler design and I planned on picking up some waxworms to try to get her back some fat.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
