Just wanted to post a couple of pics of my rack system and incubators that Phil made (retic).
They all are absolutely terrific units, and I couldn't be any happier with them. Phil did a great job! He built me exactly what I said I wanted, to the T! Unbelievable.
Breeding rack is in the centre, and on the left and right of that you have the hatchling racks that hold 33 containers each. The breeder rack holds 27, 7US gallon containers.

Incubators:
The incubators got a few strips of heat tape on the bottom along with a fan that allows for air circulation and helps in eliminating "hot" spots.
Great units, they work absolutely phenomenal.
Many of these rack and incubator units were done here at our place, while some were built at his place. Therefore Phil is very flexible on where the units can be built!
I'd highly recommend him, he's very honest, reliable, and amazingly talented at this! Not to mention he's fast as well
