Unhappy Worried about baby

I'm not sure if it's normal or not but the "vent" is really red, almost looks like t bleeding but it's dry. It that normal?? No it's not where the cord to the egg was it's the vent.

Rebecca, I would take your youngin to the vet and see what he thinks. I had a leo's vent look like that once, and turns out he prolapsed. Make sure your baby gets a very balanced diet, and has plenty of access to calcium in it's tank. Please let us know what happens!

I agree with Samba. It also could be impaction if he is on sand. Or... check him again, he could just have been getting ready to take a really big dump. One of mine looked like that til she relieved herself.
