Should George {my retic} skip a meal?

George hasn't had a good poo since 12/30... Last Sunday George ate his meal and curled up in his cold hide and hasn't come out... This is uncharacteristic for George... I pulled him out last night to make sure he was ok... I held him until he was warm and put him back and he went right back to his cold hide... He's supposed to eat tonight and has only a little white spots of poo now and then... Should he may be skip a meal? Would he still eat if he was stopped up? Do retics go into brumation?
