The corn snake does not eat

1.5 weeks ago I bought a 2-month-old maize snake and food (pinky). I placed it in a 6 liter container, under it was a thermal mat (28-30 during the day, 23+- at night), inside a bowl of water and a shelter. According to observations, it does not climb into shelter and sleeps during the day, trying to escape at night. I don’t know, either he doesn’t like the terrarium or the move from the seller in general.
The seller said that it needs to be fed the next day. Frozen, transfer with tweezers and leave alone, but he did not eat. I also left it at night and added more heating, changed mice, made cuts, transplanted it into a separate cage with a mice, overnight - to no avail. In total he haven’t eaten for 2 weeks.
