small lump on boa after vaction

Ive shrunk photos as small as still being visible and it still wont let me upload but, there is a single small swollen area by the neck of my snake with a very small amount of skin showing, Im still looking for a vet In the NOVA area that can handle reptiles as im a bit worried because this was not there when I left. I can confirm its not mites or parasites, should I be worried or will this handle it self?

It's hard to see, but if you find a good vet, you can talk to them about it by all means

Vet said exeplar specimen lmao, It's nothing serious but a build up of skin cells. Nothing in the tank that could really cause such an odd lump though. Its a monitor and see kinda thing so it would seem.
