Ok here we go. I have a six year old retic, and everytime he deficates he buries it. I've never seen any of my other snakes do this. Not really worried about it, just found it interesting. Has anyone else ever seen this kind of behavior.

My old corn snake (who got loose a little over half a year ago) did that, despite the difference in size... Whenever I'd clean her aspen I'd find the stuff UNDER it.
Not sure why, hopefully someone comes along so we both know :)

Mine does that too. I also constantly find solid urates when I sift through the substrate. Maybe they're part cat. hahah

I've got two snakes that do that, dunno why they do that either, kinda sucks when they do it right over the heat tape... barf.

Maybe when moving around it just happens to bury it every time. Half the time I find all my snakes' poo buried in the substrate.

Buried? Do you mean he burrows and then poops? Mine does that and it's just normal behavior

Nope he goes to the bathroom and then pushes bedding over the top of it.
