My python bit at a towel is was holding while trying to move him back into his enclosure. The towel was near a bed sheet so he caught some of the bed sheet as well. I didn't want to pry his mouth off but when he twisted himeslf loose I checked the sheet and it looks like he losta tooth and some of the gum. What do I do now?

Now he will grow it back. I wouldn't be too concerned unless he seems to have a visible injury. In the next while, watch his mouth to make sure it's not swollen, gaping open frequently, etc. If he seems to have troubles, bring him to a vet as it might have gotten an infection.

it couldnt hurt to wait a few extra days (a week?) before feeding him to give his mouth some time to heal a little bit? If its not that bad it probably wouldnt even matter. Snakes loose their teeth all the time in the wild and they grow back just fine, like NextMorph said.
