i used to have a snake measuring program downloaded on my computer but i think i lost it when i wiped everything. i tried to use one online but it was telling me the snake is almost 7 ft if not just over, which i think is too much. anyone have a program that seems to judge length appropriately from birds eye pictures or something?

I am not sure of any program but if you wait for a shed you can measure that and get a pretty accurate length.

He's a big boy! That program would've come in very handy for me last night when I was measuring my male dum the hard way lol.

see, that's what i used and i really do NOT believe he is over 7 and a half feet lol. someone online said to not use too many of the click reference points and it would be better so i tried that and it still seemed long. if he is over 6 and a half feet, that's some crazy growth he's had in a year or 2 because he was nowhere near that long when i got him.

also measuring sheds usually doesn't work super well because they can stretch so much during the shedding.

Yeah, my dum is 64", but his sheds are always way over 6'.
