I had one years ago, it was a devil. Very pretty, but def not a "holding animal". I really love their pattern/colors....

She is still a little bitey but nowhere near as bad as your average wc. I'm very new to geckos and wanted to see if tokays had eye lids lol I got bit.

Very nice. And alot of people with captive bred tokays say they are fairly tame and tolerant to handling.

I've never seen or talked to anybody with cbb tokays before (I saw some cbb eggs :D). Shes captive born not captive bred. A wc female laid eggs and were incubated but I'm sure the attitudes of cb and cbb would be the same.

Yea I'm not sure either...theres a guy in my state who breeds lots of arboreal geckos. He recently posted 2 freshly hatched cbb babies for like 60$ each on our local reptile classifieds :P I don't think they are 'tame' or enjoy handling, but certiantly not as bad as the WC adults...

Very nice Poison, i had the chance to own one with the same colors but never got off my bum quick enough, someone beat me to it. You could not handle him like yours though :cool:

One of the two things on my wish list, the other is the Green Tree Python :yes:

Question for you freaks. The gecko has been barking at night and not sure why. Any clue? I was thinking she is much to young to be calling and when tokays call I though it was more of a "tokay" sound right?

I'm sure its normal. Tokays are very vocal I wouldn't worry at all.. I'd love to hear geckos barking in my room at night. That would be a dream lol. Love Tokays especially ones with those colours. Although I'd prefer to have the signature tokay attitude

Trust me I would love if she had that cranky attitude lol. But I would have had to get a wc and most are full of parasites.

Lol awesome. Tokays are usually aggressive my nature cb or wc . I'd love an aggressive lizard like that but not big enough to do any real damage.
