clubfauna.com is our website. We will be opening the site next month to everyone. It's not anti-pets. It's for pets. We have been working for months now developing the site. It's for all sorts of pets.... amphibians, birds, fish/aquatic, invertebrates, mammals, reptiles. You can find our facebook and see that we already have followers. We havent paid too much attention to the facebook because the website has been our primary focus. Right now we are just looking for pics of our (future members) to dress up our pages with. If it was anti-pets, I would have just taken the pics without asking. Besides, who hates pets? LOL

And the agreements are...
1) You give us rights to use your pic(s)
2) We use your pics anywhere on our site. (not anti-pet related)
-mainly for care sheets we create and information pages
3) We give you credit for the pic

If it is his picture, than he would have to submit it. You can not give someone else permission to use a picture that is not yours. Legalities can come into play for the person posting the picture without the original owners consent.

Well in that case I bet that most of the pics online are illegal .

Most of the pics online are illegal.. People usuallly do use them illegally, but never get caught because their sites never really get big... so the owner never comes across it.
